Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have started dividing their assets in their coming divorce, and Kardashian is getting their Hidden Hills estate in California, worth $60 million.

She and her four children Saint, North, Psalm and Chicago, have been staying there since she filed for divorce.

Most of the home was designed by Kanye West, who hired Axel Vervoordt to complete the project over several years, as the house was purchased for $20 million.

Kanye West’s home in Wyoming has listed on the real estate market at $11 million!

The Wyoming location was major in West’s career and life. The ranch hosted a listening party that had guests from Dame Dash to Dave Chappelle to Lil Baby.

The property is listed at $3 million less than the asking price from purchase, with 8 lodging units, 2 freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event center, and meeting facilities. Kanye is selling his Wyoming property, while focused on his DONDA Prep school.

DONDA Academy is appearing to be shaping up to be a basketball powerhouse.

DONDA Academy is being petitioned to compete with Sierra Canyon High School, the Southern California program that is home to numerous young stars of the past and present, including Bronny James.

DONDA Academy, will be a prep school, to be located in Simi Valley, California, and is sponsored by Adidas. The school has a commit by Jalen Hooks, a 6’7″ junior from the state of Indiana who is being recruited by Kansas, Michigan State, and Illinois. Also, five star junior Robert Dillingham of North Carolina, Jahki Howard from Georgia and Zion Cruz of New Jersey are also believed to headed to DONDA Academy.

The team has a lead recruiter in Kanye, who is leveraging Instagram to reach these rising stars.
