SZA is known for making bold statements, and her new cover art for the upcoming SOS deluxe album certainly does that. She just shared the official artwork on her social media. It continues the outdoor theme from the first teaser, where she was seen in a wild setting. The artwork shows her standing in a tall, grassy field at night, dressed in yellow cargo pants and a matching jacket. The image gets more unusual as she appears with body paint, round tinted glasses, bug-like antennas, and her stomach exposed. The caption simply says, "Presave link is live," which doesn't fully capture the cover’s vibe. SZA previously teased similar strange elements during her September appearance on Hot Ones, where she wore an alien mask.
Alongside the song "Drive," which was highlighted in a funny teaser with Ben Stiller, there is also a track called "Saturn," hinting at space themes that might connect to LANA. It seems there's some world-building happening here, and fans are eager to see more.
There's still uncertainty about how many new songs will be included. Since this is a deluxe edition, it’s unlikely to feature a full album's worth of new tracks. Megan Thee Stallion released 13 additional songs on her extended version earlier this year, so anything is possible. Regardless, excitement is building. One user on Instagram stated, "BRO JUST DROP TSSS." December 20 will arrive soon.
