Jay Z is betting big on New York City's new legalized gambling industry -- by teaming up with Caesars Entertainment on a proposed Manhattan casino.
According to the New York Post, Hov has a stake in a mega-casino that would occupy eight floors in a new Times Square high-rise. The mogul issued a statement saying "New York is the epicenter of culture. We have the opportunity to create a destination at the heart of the true crossroads of the world. [This] has all the promise and commitment to economic opportunity, growth and enrichment for the community and everyone that visits the Empire State.โ
Jay already has roots in New York nightlife with his 40/40 empire.
